Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, don't worry, we've got your back! Our friendly Customer Care Team is here to help.

Here's our hassle-free Return and Refund Policy:

  1. Personalised Products: Since products with Customer Content are tailor-made just for you, we can't alter or cancel an order once it's placed. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or unsuitable product, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it at info@classfundraising.co.uk. We may request photographic evidence of the issue to assist you better.

  2. Christmas Products: If you're looking for a replacement Christmas Product, make sure to contact us no later than 8th December 2023, ensuring timely delivery for the festive season.

  3. Our Promise: If you report a defect or quality issue within the specified time frame mentioned above, we'll gladly either redeliver the product or refund your purchase price. However, please note that if the dissatisfaction is related to the Customer Content (like the design), for which you have sole responsibility, we won't be able to process a redelivery or refund.

  4. Refund Process: If you're eligible for a refund, we'll promptly reimburse the amount you paid for the product(s) to your original credit or debit card or PayPal account. In certain cases, we might offer a free reprint and resend of the item as an alternative solution. We believe in providing flexibility, but please understand that we don't offer both a refund and a resend together.

  5. Exclusions: Refunds won't be possible if the fault results from your own actions, such as product misuse or misspelled personalisation.

  6. What's Not Considered a Defect: Please bear in mind that technical inadequacies or inaccuracies that could have been avoided with available technology are considered defects. However, differences in colour between images and the original data or reduced quality due to low-resolution images are not classified as defects. Remember, aspects of personal taste are subjective and aren't considered defects either.

  7. Artistic Variation: Our products are created individually, and some deviations in sizes are to be expected. For children's Names, Classes, and School Names, our system automatically prints them, and any errors entered by the Fundraiser or Parent are not our responsibility.

  8. Artwork Guidelines: To ensure the best quality printed results, it's crucial to follow our artwork guidelines. Common issues like cropping of the design or using photocopied templates can affect the final outcome.

  9. Colour Accuracy: Due to the wide range of art materials and substrates we use, we can't guarantee exact colour accuracy between the original artwork and the printed products. Some colour variation should be expected.
