Where is the rest of my order?

We ship all our products in separate batches to ensure they reach your organisation safely and securely. This may mean that your mugs arrive in a different delivery to your Christmas cards and wrapping paper. If you think something is still missing from your delivery, then contact our team as soon as possible Click here to contact our team.

How can I reset my password?

Just click on the "Forgot Your Password" option at MyFundraisingHub™ and follow the instructions.

If you ever need help, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are dedicated to ensuring you regain access to your account smoothly.

Can I print the design templates?

Unfortunately, no.

Our templates have special barcodes that help us identify who created a design and where it came from. To ensure everything works smoothly, it's important to use our printed templates because our scanners require specific settings to correctly read and align the barcodes.

If you have used all the design templates we provided, and you need some more, simply get in touch with us, and we'll be glad to send you the additional templates free of charge. Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need for your projects.

My School/organisation is outside the UK, can we still join in?

Currently, our fundraising projects are only available within the UK.

We truly appreciate the interest and support from schools worldwide.
However, at this time, our offerings are limited to the UK. If anything changes in the future, we'll be sure to update you.

Can I place an order for multiple children?

If your child has the same Org Code, then yes you can!

If your child attends a different School, Organisation or Nursery then no, you must place separate orders per org code.

Can I have my order shipped to my house?

Unfortunately, no.

All orders are managed by your organisation and fundraiser. Please speak to them to discuss other options.
