Q. What is involved

A. The process couldn't be simpler.

If you want to go ahead with the project either fill in the form on the order kit page, or call us on 01642 489000l and we will send you out an Art Pack. The kit itself has full instructions and we provide you with as many templates as you need.

When you receive the kit simply hand out a template to each child, let them do their design. The template asks for the child's name and how many mugs, coasters etc. they want to order, we recommend that the teacher or the co-ordinator does this.

When completing the drawings for best results we recommend using brightly colourded felt tip pens. To avoid disappointment Please do not use glitter or stick anything to the template as we cannot reproduce this on to the final mug.

When finished please complete relevant documentation then send back to us in the box provided and let us do the rest.

Q. Who can Fundraise?

A. The short answer to this question is anybody, you don't have to be a school, you can be a pre school, or a nursery, a scout group anyone can do it! We offer our services to anyone who likes the idea.

Q. How long does it take for delivery once we have sent in our designs?

A. You should receive your completed order within 3 weeks.

Q.How big are your mugs?

A. Our mugs are European 10oz (320g approx.) H 91mm x W 250

Q. How Many can I order?

A. As many or as little as you like, Orders over 24 are FREE delivery, any order below 24 will carry a £8.00 carraige fee.

Q. What is the best selling price?

A. We advise you sell them for between £5.50 - £6.00

Q. Are your mugs Dishwasher & Microwave safe?

A. Yes

Q. What does the art pack contain?

A. The art pack contains templates ready to do your designs, co-ordinators sheets and full instructions.

Q. How easy is it?

A. The process is simple, all you need is willing participants, and some time for the children to complete their artwork, once your designs are complete send everything back to us and we'll do the rest

Q. Do your prices include VAT?

A. Our prices are fully inclusive of VAT - The price you see is the price you are charged

Q. What do your prices include?

A. Our prices include, art pack, set up costs, mug box, and free delivery (if the order is over 24 of the same item)

Q. Do you charge extra for delivery to remote areas and Northern Ireland?

A. We will inform you when we send out the kit if you will have to pay additional carraige costs, these usually apply to any islands, eg. Isle of Man, Isle of Skye, charges can also apply to the highlands of Scotland.

Q. When are the best times to fund raise?

A. Anytime is the short answer, Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter, Summer fairs, Summer leavers
